About My Counseling Services
I specialize in working with adolescents (ages 11-17 years old) and adults who are having issues in their relationship or trouble coping with change. Most of us want to feel heard, accepted and loved and have the freedom to be and express who we are. But, sometimes we find it hard to do this when we are hurting, are afraid of rejection, hit a rut in our relationship or have an unexpected crisis happen. When this happens being ourselves or knowing what to do next can be hard.
When dealing with pain, change or issues it can be helpful to talk openly to a professional who can provide a neutral, non-judgmental and safe space to help us process our feelings, heal and discover what we need to rebuild our life and/or our relationship. Through counseling, I help clients address their emotional and relational pain and help them discover what they need to heal, create stronger relationships and build a better life for themselves. Working on loving ourselves, identifying and prioritizing our needs, setting boundaries and communication are also strategies we can work on in counseling together.
If you are looking for a safe and supportive space to talk to a professional openly and discover what you need to heal and create stronger relationships, I encourage you to contact me today about scheduling an appointment. You can reach me via email at macy@recoverandrebuild.org or phone 210-816-1524.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have health insurance or who are not using health insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
•You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
•Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
•If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
•Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services website listed in the link below.
