Non-Therapeutic/Other Fees NOT Covered By Insurance:
Late Cancelations, Rescheduling and No Shows - $120.00 per occurrence (see informed consent in client docs. through client portal for more details)
Charge Backs for Returned Checks or Declined Credit or Debit Cards - $30.00
Non-sufficient funds (NSF) - $30.00
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Macy Pawelek, LPC provides mental health counseling services to clients who have Aetna, Optum, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, or Oxford health insurance providers.

What are your hours?
Appointments are available Monday-Thursday from 8am-4pm. Available Fridays from 9am-2pm via phone or email only.

How do I book an Intake Session?

Are you providing in person sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Yes, I am providing in-person sessions. Clients are required to wear face-masks in the office building and therapy room and cancel their appointment if they have any COVID-19 symptoms, test positive for COVID-19 or come into contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19. I also provide virtual/online sessions for clients who are not comfortable meeting in person or prefer the connivence of using online sessions.
Crisis or Emergency?
In the case of an emergency or crisis, please contact the Hill Country MHDD Centers’ Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) at 1-877-466-0660, the NATIONAL SUICIDE PREVENTION LIFELINE at 1-800-273-TALK, 911 or your primary care physician.
If you are an existing client and would like to schedule a crisis session, you may do so by contacting me and asking for my next available appointment. Messages received after normal business hours or on the weekends will be returned on the following business day. If you need to talk to someone now, please contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline or MCOT listed above.
Are you accepting new clients?
